Early in the episode, Rob Kardashian admitting to having anal sex with two different women, which piqued Scott Disick's interest. The father of two then presumed that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have "backdoor sex" often and urged a disgusted Kourtney Kardashian to try it. "I'm not a backdoor betty," she told him.

The father of two didn't give up easily, and he sent his girlfriend a crude joke via text message. "Knock
