UNBELIEVABLE: Evangelist Caught Sucking A 12-Year-Old Boy’s Penis?

An evangelist has been sentenced to seven years imprisonment by an Accra Circuit court for sucking the penis of a 12-year-old boy to satisfy his libido.
According to the prosecutor, Assistant Superintendent of Policy (ASP), Sarah Acqua, the convict met the victim at a Charismatic Worship Centre sometime in September and introduced himself as an evangelist and expressed the desire to be his (victim) friend and subsequently invited him to his house.
The victim was said to have visited the convict in the month of November, 2013 at his house where he forcibly had sexual intercourse with him through his anus and warned him not to disclose the act to anybody. After which he visited the victim's home and introduced himself to the grandmother as an evangelist and friend to her grandson.
ASP Acquah further explained that the convict on December 28, last year, again visited the complainant’s house and met the victim lying on a student’s mattress in a store in front of the house, removed his pants and
started sucking his penis. Unluckily for him, he was caught in the act by a witness who went to the store to purchase items. The witness then raised an alarm but the convict took to his heels and the victim was later quizzed and he revealed his ordeal.
The evangelist, Benjamin Bandong, 22, was charged with a count of defilement contrary to the Section 101 of the criminal Offence Act 29 of Act 1960. He pleaded guilty to the charge.
Handing over the sentence, the presiding judge, Ms Ellen Amoah, sentenced him to seven years imprisonment with hard labour.
