A serial stalker, Kevin Gibbons reportedly raped a pregnant woman and forced her to breastfeed him after she gave birth.
50-year-old Kevin Gibbons subjected the woman and another victim to a series of horrifying sex crimes. His pregnant victim reportedly suffered a breakdown after the ordeal which included being forced to breastfeed her attacker.
Gibbons regularly abused the women, after which he quoted passages from the Bible to justify his actions. According to testimony presented before a Liverpool Crown Court, Gibbons raped both women and imprisoned them despite claiming that he “lived by the word of God and practised his teachings.”
Gibbons, of Standish, Wigan, was found guilty of 11 charges, including stalking, rape, false imprisonment and sexual assault, following a trial. He was jailed at Liverpool Crown Court on 12 September, for 25 years.
Detective Constable Maerevoet, an officer involved in the case, said, “The facts of this appalling case speak for themselves.”Gibbons is one of the most vile, controlling, abusive and cowardly men I have ever
encountered during all my years in policing and I have no hesitation in saying that he deserves every second of his lengthy prison sentence.”
