A group claiming to be a faction of the Boko Haram has declared a seize fire after holding talks with the Borno State Government.
The group declared the seize fire in Maiduguri at about 3:00 p.m. on Monday. The talks, PREMIUM TIMES learnt, has been on for a while.
The group is led by one Abu Mohamed Abdulazeez.
