Breaking News: Truck Driver Kills Motorcyclist In Abuja
The accident occurred at 3:06 p.m. on Saturday. The driver of the truck refused to stop as he sped off.
The FRSC team, joined by soldiers, however, gave the truck a chase.
The driver of the vehicle and the truck, a Mandiesel Trailer with registration number YA 785 EPE, were later apprehended.
The driver and the truck are presently being detained at the Kwali Police Station.
The family has taken the corpse for burial and the driver will be prosecuted, the FRSC said.
