Kris Humphries Sued: New Lawsuit Adds Woes as Kim Kardashian Divorce Hearing Nears
Scott Hill has already filed a lawsuit against the Brooklyn Nets NBA star this week, celebrity news website TMZ has claimed.
In the lawsuit, Scott Hill has claimed that Humphries was given a 30 percent discount on everything in the store as part of an agreement that would also see the basketball star deliver two NBA clients within a 12 month period. However, it has been alleged that Humphries has not lived up to his end of the deal.
Scott Hill is claiming that Humphries owes them $52,000 in damages for breaching the agreement.
The clothing company has told Hip Hollywood: "The simple matter is that we hoped Kris would live up to his side of the agreement, but he chose not to appreciate that hard work my company put in … We gave Kris the opportunity to clear things up. For sometime, there's been a difference of opinion on how things should be handled. Therefore, we had to take legal remedy."
The lawsuit claims that following the agreement, Humphries purchased more than $46,000 in merchandise
from the store, and still has more than $6,000 in unpaid bills.
Scott Hill is now claiming that the NBA star should deliver back a sum equal to the discounted figure he has been previously offered, as well as further damages for the breached contract.
