Hit or Miss? Are You Feeling Uti Nwachukwu’s Arabian Look at the Premiere of “Turning Point” in Lagos?
After the grand London Premiere of Turning Point, Nollywood producer/director Niyi Towolawi premiered the movie in Lagos on Friday 24th May 2013 at the Silverbird Galleria, Lagos.
Celebrities including OC Ukeje, Monalisa Chinda and her beau Lanre Nzeribe, Desmond Elliot, Oge Okoye, Segun Arinze, Uru Eke, Charles Novia and Anthony Monjaro were in attendance.
One attendee who caught our eye at the premiere was rising actor Uti Nwachukwu in an Arabian outfit. Check out more of his look below:
The former BBA winner wore a blue Dish-dash-ah/Thoub (Long sleeve one piece) and styled it with a black Ogal (The black band of his head) and a red, gold and green Shumagg (Scarf). He completed his look with black beads, dark shades and silver slippers.
Also spotted in the same look at the event was designer Yomi Casual.
Recently, Nollywood star Susan Peters was spotted in an Indian sari at the premiere of Chioma Chukwuka-Akpotha‘s “On Bended Knees”. Should our celebrities keep wearing Indian and Arabian pieces or they should make it STOP?
