YOBE MASSACRE: Wife Of Murdered Lecturer Gives Birth To Baby Boy
It has been reported that the wife of a slain lecturer has given birth.
The lecturer, Samaila Alhaji Musa was attacked and murdered a few days ago by suspected Boko Haram members at the College of Agriculture Gujba, Yobe State. His wife delivered a baby boy yesterday.
It was revealed that the wife went to premature labour due to the shock of hearing the news about her husband's murder. But thankfuly, she was safely delivered of the baby and has been discharged from the hospital
She is now back at the family house at Sabon Pegi, Damaturu, the state capital.
This is the first son from the couple who previously had two daughters.
A brother of the deceased said: “Allah has replaced Samaila with his newborn baby boy”.
“Though we still grieve over his death, the arrival of the boy has consoled us. Allah has replaced him with the
boy. He had two girls but look at how Allah works, just yesterday, his wife was delivered of a baby boy.”
Samaila was found dead near a building close to the entrance gate of the school and was buried at the spot.
