In case you don’t know what a twerk is, it is a dance to popular music in a sexually provocative manner involving thrusting hip movements and a low, squatting stance.
This dance has its origin in the 1990s, and was featured in the music videos of hiphop stars like MC Hammer, Bobby Brown, R. Kelly, etc. Twerking has also been popularized in recent times by female stars like Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj and Rihanna.
