BREAKING NEWS: Another Bomb Blast in Nyanya, Abuja! (LIVE UPDATES, PHOTOS)
Report reaching Kevindjakpor.com indicates that a loud explosion just occurred few minutes ago in the Nyanya axis of the Federal Capital Territory.
KD Blog cannot immediately confirm if the explosion is a bomb blast, but a resident in the area who spoke to us said it is a blast and that it occurred close to the area where the last motor park bomb explosion occurred in Nyanya that killed over 70 people.
He said he cannot confirm the extent of the damage and the extent of casualty as everyone is still running helter skelter.

According to a close resident of the area. The explosion happened at Tipper garage on Nyanya. Nearly opposite the previous site of the last bombing.

According to SaharaReporters: A bomb has exploded in Nyanya again, SaharaReporters can authoritatively confirm.
SaharaReporters spoke with several emergency responders heading to the scene. They said at this time that they are unaware of the cause of the explosion.
Casualty levels not yet confirmed, but a number of people have died, and security operatives have taken over the area.
Nerves are frayed due to recent events that have shocked and angered Nigerians in recent weeks. On April 14, a bomb went off at the Nyana bus depot killing more than 70 people, and injuring over 120.

Number of casualties is yet to be ascertained but a number of people have died and security officials have taken over the area.

National Emergency officials have reported an explosion in Zuba park beside furniture market, Nyanya, Abuja. And according to eyewitnesses, there are many casualties, now 70 persons are reported dead. The death and injury tolls are certain to rise, as there are more bodies on the ground... Emergency services and police on ground are currently evacuating survivors to local hospitals.

How the Bomb Exploded
Just about 9:54 pm, over 85 corpses were counted at the Emergency Ward of the Asokoro Hospital while ambulances.
The bomb exploded at the same transit point were the previous attack took place two weeks ago at Nyanya, just as workers who went for the a May Day celebration were retuning to their bases. Eyewitness said, the vibration was greater than that which happened earlier at Nyaya, a suburb of the FCT.
Unlike the last blast, which was targeted at the major bus terminal, the latest attack was concentrated on the opposite side of the terminal, which is used by commuters.
Security men, who were taken unawares by the deadly attack, as usual, promptly mobilised and blocked all routes leading to an from the scene of the attack. But, it was just their usual way of responding to things after failing to do their work properly.
