A murder trial was stopped as two court staff were caught
having sex in full view of the audience gathered in the courtroom
in Genoa, Italy.
Judge Anna Ivaldi abruptly stopped the
prosecutor's speech after spotting the couple making love in an office
next to the courtroom.
The lovers were absolutely certain that the smoked glass would cover their act of love but its transparence let them down.
The noise increased and everyone in the courtroom understood what was happening in the adjoining room.
The
case of Yassin Mahmod who was accused of murdering a stroller in the
Italian port city last year was immediately suspended and the couple
were kicked away.
It was learnt that one of the court employees is
married. The lovers' identities are not specified as an
investigation
has been launched.
