‘Kuroni’waju mi!’: American celebrity tweets in Yoruba language, guess who?
African-American musician, Jhene Aiko is what one would call a cultural cocktail.
The star who is Japanese, German Jewish, Spanish, Afro-Dominican, French, and Native American showed her openness to other cultures by tweeting in Yoruba.
She said ‘Kuroni’waju mi’ meaning “Get out of my way”. Tweet below:
