Ebola: Four More Discharged From Quarantine
Four more patients including two
doctors, a patient, and a nurse infected with the deadly Ebola Virus Disease
have been discharged today.
They were discharged from the quarantine
unit of the Emergency Operation Centre, at the Mainland Hospital, Yaba, Lagos. This
brings the number of people who have fully recovered from the deadly virus
ravaging some West African Countries to five.
It would be recalled that one of
the patients under quarantine was also released over the weekend; though the
government did not provide much details about his identity.
The Ebola Virus was imported into
the country by a Liberian called Patrick Sawyer on the 20th of last
month.
