Hmmmmn...so some people who were at Obalende, an area
usually populated said there was no traffic at all today and the place was not
jammed packed like it used to be. Only few people were seen on the bridge and
they made sure no one touched or pushed each other, everyone carefully walked
on his or her own. Again, not too many cars were moving, an observer said. See two more pictures below:
