Chris Brown: Singer Sends Love, Support To Late US Ebola Victim's Family
US singer Chris Brown has reached out to the family of the Liberian Thomas Eric Duncan who was diagnosed with and later died from the Ebola disease this week.
According to Brian Curtis, anchor and reporter at NBC5 in Dallas-Fort Worth, Brown's mother best known as Mama Breezy
made the call on behalf of the 'Loyal' singer to offer help to the
family of Duncan who reportedly took the disease to the United States
after contracting it in Liberia a week ago.
Curtis wrote on Twitter: "#BREAKING: Spokesperson for family of #DallasEbola patient says @chrisbrown has called to offer help. @NBCDFW — Brian Curtis (@BrianCurtisNBC5) October 8, 2014"
Brown
is known to be a 'bad boy', thanks to his numerous run-ins with the law
but this move was simply applaudible. "Sending them his best wishes and
support" is what Duncan family needs at this time of loss.
The United States is currently grappling with its index case of Ebola,
after Liberian was diagnosed with the
disease a week ago. The country's
governmrnt is reportedly doing all they can to contain further spread
of the deadly disease.
Big ups to Breezy!
