How a speech and an album connected Lupita Nyong and Asa in London (PHOTO)

Kenyan-born Hollywood actress, Lupita Nyong  met with our very own artiste, Asa at the Sindika Dokolo Art Foundation dinner at London’s Cafe Royal last night and she took to her Instagram page to gush about meeting.

Lupita told Asa she listened to her album everyday while filming #12yearsaslave while Asa told the former that she is inspired by the “no matter where you are from, your dreams are valid” speech..aww, how sweet!

She shared a picture of the two of them together and commented, “Not only did I meet one of my favourite artists tonight, but I also learned she has a new album!!! #Asa #BedOfStone #EarsTinglingWithAnticipation”. 
Asa shared the same picture on her page and commented, “Last night I met this beautiful lady. I love
