Wednesday night at Spice Route was the place and time where music industries finest converged to witness M.I’s live performances just hours before the release of his 3rd studio album- The Chairman.

Mister Incredible returns after a voluntary exile that lasted up to 4 years, with the 17 track album which he describes as having opposing themes.

‘’The tracklist is separated into 2 sides and all the songs on the left side are the opposite of the songs facing them on the right side’’ said M.I on the red carpet at Industry Nite.

Various guests at the event included Seyi Shay, IllBliss,W4, Chee, Sound Sultan, Yung6ix, IK Osakioduwa, Loose Kaynon, Ruby, Jesse Jagz and many more. M.I and his former Chocolate City label mate and brother Jesse Jagz, shared the stage in performance and thrilled the crowd in warm embrace following the display.
