Elder Brother To Former DSS DG Abducted
Mr Asuquo Ekpenyong-Ekpe, the older brother to Mr Ekpenyong
Ita, the immediate past Director General of the Department of State Sevices
(DSS) has been abducted by unknown gunmen.
ASP Hogan Bassey, the Police Public Relations Officer in
Cross River confirmed the incident which he said occurred at the victim’s
residence in Creek Town, on Friday.
In related news, the men who kidnapped Bishop Tabuwaye of
Gwagwalada Diocese on Friday have demanded the sum of N40m from the church for
his release. The police are also on this matter.
