The ad identifies the lady as Chiyeaka Immaculata Onwuzurike and is wanted for engaging in bisexual activities.
The ad has caused a lot reactions from people as a lot think Nigeria is suffering from misplaced priority. A lot also think that this will give the lady an opportunity to seek asylum in more advanced countries
