Grema Terab shared these disturbing photos of sick and malnourished
children, including one with cleft palate, in Monguno, where IDPs are
living. This is so sad!
"Monguno is 130km from Maiduguri where idps are living in hell. But the govt, they look at it as embarrassment" he wrote. More photos below...
