Minister of Transport, Chibuike Amaechi, Wednesday signed the Memorandum of Understanding for the construction of the Lagos-Ibadan and Calabar-Port Harcourt rail line, respectively, on behalf of the Federal Government with the Managing Director, China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, CCECC, Jack Li, at Ministry of Transportation headquarters today August 31st.
