See The DSS Report That Got Magu Rejected As EFCC Chairman (PHOTOS)

Ibrahim Magu's nomination and confirmation as Chairman of the EFCC has been rejected following a letter by the Department of State Security (DSS) which read "In the light of the foregoing, Magu has failed the integrity test."

The DSS letter also stressed that Mr Magu would constitute “a liability to the anti-corruption fight of the present administration”.
