Mohamed El Alfy who worked as a 'Masseur' (a person who provides massage
professionally) has been jailed for eight years for two counts of
sexual assault and one count of digital penetration which he committed
against female clients whilst he worked.
The court heard that in 2012, a 33-year-old woman attended the Happiness
Centre, Uxbridge Road for a sports massage. Whilst she lay naked except
for a towel, El Alfy sexually assaulted her during a massage. The
victim reported the offence to police and El Alfy was arrested. He
denied the offence and was released pending further enquiries.
In 2015, a 45-year-old woman attended the health spa at the Hilton
Hotel, Syon Park, Brentford. Whilst she lay on her front for a massage,
El Alfy sexually assaulted her. A 48-year-old woman attended the same
health spa on the same day and whilst El Alfy was administering a facial
massage, sexually assaulted her.
At the conclusion of the court case on July 7, El Alfy was found guilty
of all three offences. On hearing the guilty verdict El Alfy became
aggressive and shouted at the jury that they had only found him guilty
because they were women. He was sentenced to two years' imprisonment for
both sexual assaults and four years' imprisonment for the digital
penetration - all sentences to run consecutively. El Alfy was also
served with a sexual harm prevention order preventing him from working
as a masseur and placed on the sex offenders register indefinitely.
