'Ibinabo Fiberesima and other Nollywood actors abandoned me, even till now they haven't reached out to me' - Actor, Ernest Asuzu speaks after stroke battle
Popular Nigerian actor, Ernest Asuzu is
still holding a grudge against former President of the Actors Guild of
Nigeria, Ibinabo Fiberesima and Nollywood actors for neglecting him when
he was hit with a stroke in 2015.
The actor who rose to fame in the 90s
after starring in the movie “Rituals” has repeatedly claimed that he was
inflicted with stroke by a colleague in the Movie Industry and
throughout his battle with the illness he was clearly abandoned.
Speaking in an exclusive Interview, the born-again actor who vowed never to return to Nollywood
said:All the Nollywood actors ignored me, including Ibinabo who was the AGM president at that time, she never came to check on me, all the actors never came even till now. I treated myself until I got this better.
Ernest Asuzu who was close to losing his
life after the stroke attack, has almost left paralyzed and couldn’t
talk for years but thanks to Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin of Christ
Mercyland Deliverance Ministry in Warri, who reportedly healed him.
