Human Ken Doll and plastic surgery addict, Rodrigo Alves showed off his fake six pack as he enjoyed a sunny Friday on the beach in Marbella.
The 34-year-old Brazilian was joined by 'Life on Marbs' star Danni Levy, and they proudly posed in a matching skimpy beach attire.

Rodrigo Alves who is famed for having undergone over 60 plastic surgery procedures including multiple nose jobs, shoulder fillers, butt lift and having his ears pinned back, spent £22k on his crafted six pack.
In total, he has spent £450,000 in his quest to look like a human Ken Doll.
