According to Facebook user, Okunsokan Olubunmi, the casually dressed and armed policeman was spotted on duty in Port Harcourt. Mr Olubumni wrote;

A Nigerian Police (SARS) need total reform if officer on duty in Port Harcourt can dressed like this with a Gun. Is this proper? Does he not look more like a kidnapper and
