A man stole another man's car from a gas station then ran over the owner when he tried to stop him and it was caught on video....

The incident occurred on August 30 in Toledo, Ohio. In the video, the driver of the car can be seen getting into a gas station. soon after, another man goes to the car, tries the door and it opens, then he slid into the driver's seat and made to drive off.
