Fuel scarcity forces House of Reps member, Loveth Idisi, to ride a bicycle to an event

Yesterday, Loveth Idisi, the House of Representatives member representing Ethiope federal Constituency, was forced to ride on a bicycle because he couldn't get fuel to drive his car to an event.
