'I have an enormous amount of respect for everything Oprah has achieved' - Seal backtracks on criticism of Winfrey

A few days ago, singer Seal blasted Oprah Winfrey on instagram after sharing a photo of her kissing the cheek of disgraced Hollywood film maker, Harvey Weinstein, branding Oprah a sanctimonious Hollywood hypocrite after her Golden Globes speech calling out predators like Harvey.

Looks like he regrets what he said. Yesterday, Seal shared a video on Facebook saying he wasn't targeting Oprah specifically, but the industry in general.

'Let me start by saying that I have an enormous amount of respect for everything that Oprah has achieved and contributed in her life. What I reposted was not an attack on Oprah at all. She just happened to be the person photographed with the pig in the picture. What I reposted was commentary on the hypocritical and double standard nature and behavior of Hollywood.'

His subtle apology video came just hours after Chrissy Teigen warned  Seal not to throw stones from his glass house..
