Management Services have recognized Emergency Responders Ugochukwu
Nwairo and Felix Anyanwu for their gallantry and immense bravery in the
rescue of a middle-aged man trapped in a swamp by Third Mainland Bridge.
The suspected homeless man had on Decemvet 23, fell into a swamp St the sand-filled spot inward Iyana-Oworo.
