nPDP Will Not Pull Out Of APC — Apugo
A member of the nPDP who became member of the Board
of Trustees (BoT) of the APC, Prince Benjamin Apugo, has assured that
their decision to suspend further discussions with the Presidency will
not lead them into pulling out of the ruling party.
Apugo who disclosed this to journalists in Umuahia, yesterday, maintained that there was no crack in the APC, saying members of the nPDP needed to coordinate themselves and meet President Muhammadu Buhari over the alleged marginalisation faced by its members.
He also appealed to the president to create presidential liaison offices in non-APC-controlled states; akin to what ex-President Shehu Shagari did during in the Second Republic.
