Here Is What Cristiano Ronaldo Has To Say About Rape Allegation Against Him

Juventus player, Cristiano Ronaldo has stated that he is not going to feed the media anymore information concerning a rape allegation against him.

Ronaldo has been accused of raping a 34-year old woman, Kathryn Mayorga of Las Vegas in 2009.

Mayorga alleges that she was pressured into signing a nondisclosure agreement to keep mum about the rape. She is now seeking no less than $200,000 in penalties and damages.

Reacting to the allegations, Ronaldo slammed the media whom he says are out to promote themselves at his own expense.

He tweeted:
''I will look forward to the outcome of any investigations and processes, because nothing weighs on my conscience.''

''I firmly deny the accusations being issued against me. Rape is an abominable crime that goes against everything that I am and believe in. Keen as I may be to clear my name, I refuse to feed the media spectacle created by people seeking to promote themselves at my expense.''

''My clear conscious will thereby allow me to await with tranquility the results of any and all investigations.''
