after he was allegedly caught pants down with a seven year old girl whom
he took advantage of.
After the shameful act was exposed, an alarm was raised thereby prompting angry residents to apprehend the suspect who was paraded in public wearing only his boxers.
The suspect was beaten and forced to sit on the ground as the aggrieved mob surrounded him while interrogating him over the alleged crime.
