Zamfara's Hisbah Arrests Policeman ‘For Being With 3 Women' In Hotel
Zamfara hisbah commission says it captured a cop and three ladies purportedly occupied with impropriety at an inn in Gusau, the state capital.
Atiku Zawuyya, administrator of the commission, talked while marching the suspects at the commission's base camp on Monday.
NAN reports that the director of the lodging was additionally captured by authorities of the hisbah commission.
Zawuyya said the cop, who is presenting with the focal police headquarters in Gusau, was captured with the three young ladies in a room at the inn while purportedly submitting acts in opposition to the Sharia law.
He said primer examination directed by the commission demonstrated that one of the three young ladies is from Kaduna state while the two others are from a similar family in Zamfara.
The director said the commission had cautioned the administration of the lodging a few times against harboring such individuals yet that it neglected to follow the standards and guideline controlling the activity of inn business in the state.
Zawuyya said the suspects would be charged to court after full examination.
