Edo YPP Governorship Candidate, Jones Osagiobare and running mate, Engr Samson Idowu Congratulates Governor Obaseki on his Election Victory

The YPP governorship candidate in the just concluded Edo state governorship election has congratulated Governor Godwin Obaseki in the just concluded Edo Governorship polls which he won convincinly: Read his words below:

"Good morning family, the elections have come and winding down gradually, we thank God the Almighty who gave us this wonderful opportunity to be part of this history at this time in the life of our dear state, Edo state. 

 My party the young progressive party (YPP) believes it's time for a paradigm shift, even if we have not achieved that with this election, we still strongly hold on our belief and hope that soonest in the future, our youths will appreciate what it is to sacrifice even in the face of mouth watering offers for a just and sincere course.

My sincerest appreciation goes out to all in the house but especially to my brother Ewanta, my sister ever action Edna and of course, prince eweka Magnus for your support in my race for the number two office in the land, may God meet you at the point of your need. As a party, the results we saw at our units, wards and LGA have all changed, but we stand strong in taking solace in the fact that Godfatherism has been nipped in the Edo state, all glory be to God for this feat.
