Pastor Kumuyi Falls Sick Inside Deeper Life Camp?
Information coming out of Deeper Life Conference Centre, venue of the
ongoing Deeper Life Ministry Easter Retreat is not a good one at all and
it is spreading fear and panic among members of the church. I heard
that the General Superintendent of the church, Pastor W.F. Kumuyi is
currently down with health challenges.
“Pastor Kumuyi could not take the morning Faith Clinic on Saturday because of his health condition. He broke down during the ongoing retreat and was rushed to the hospital, he is currently under treatment.
“We were told to pray for his strength, which we have been doing, but he didn’t minister throughout yesterday, a development which has sent every member panicking.”
A dependable source in the church Daily Post exclusively. He said
there’s tension in the camp over the health of Kumuyi who broke down
during the programme entitled: ‘Living in His Victory and Destined to
Win.’
It was gathered that when it;s his turn to Minister, they may rebroadcast his old message to the congregation.
Pastor Kumuyi has been rushed out of the camp, he is yet to return as at the time of reporting. Pray for him!
The General Superintendent of Deeper Life Bible Church was unable to preach throughout out Saturday at the church's Easter program due to his failed voice.
He had managed to preach on Friday but struggled throughout due to the same problem, hence his unavailability on Saturday. he didn't just decide not to come though as he was prevailed upon by the church secretary and other leaders to take a rest.
The failed voice resulted from the marathon crusades he held from February to April moving from jalingo to ondo, Cotonou to Ghana, Abeokuta to ibadan, Imo to Lome all in the space of two months and two weeks..
The members weren't that relaxed though as fear took over most of them as they keep stretching their necks to see if their Pastor will come around even if it's just to say "Hi"....
As a result, not even the recorded messages of the GS provoked a miracle as most of the congregation were perplexed due to the unavailability of the preacher...
Everyone is hopeful though that he will show up today to deliver the final message before the program ends.
We all pray that he will have recovered today by God' s grace cuz we are all missing him.
