"Surviving alone is too painful" - Heartbreaking suicide note left by teacher who survived Korean ferry disaster

 
In an action which has touched the hearts of many,High School Vice Principal in charge of the hundreds of pupils caught in the South Korean ferry disaster committed suicide ,hanging himself with a belt because surviving was too painful..
According to part of a suicide note found in his wallet, 52 year old  Kang Min-Gyu wrote
"'Surviving alone is too painful while 200 remain unaccounted for. I take full responsibility. I pushed ahead with the school trip.Burn my body and scatter my ashes at the site of the sunken ferry. Perhaps I can become a teacher for the missing students in my next life.'I will once again become a teacher in the afterlife for my students whose bodies have not been discovered.'"
Mr Kang who killed him self 2 days after he managed to escape the sinking ship with 75 students has been cremated and his ashes scattered as requested..Meanwhile, the captain of the ship has been arrested for escaping the sinking ship leaving over 300 people on board.The Telegraph reports that he was in his bedroom sleeping and handed the ship to a 25 year old novice to steer..The 25 year old had never plyed the dangerous terrain before..75 students were rescued, 14 died and another 236 remain trapped inside the submerged ship..
