Serena Williams Slams Her Haters Hard

Though it’s been another incredible year for Serena Williams, unfortunately, she has not been able to get away from racist, sexist and body-shaming messages. Even when she won Wimbledon, her appearance was heavily criticised by trolls, with Harry Potter author JK Rowling wading coming out to defend the 33-year-old. In an interview with Good Morning America. Serena however explains how she loves her body and how no critic can stop her shine:
“I've been like this my whole life, and I embrace me and I
love how I look. I love that I am a full woman, and I'm strong and I'm powerful
and I'm beautiful at the same time. And there's nothing wrong with that. I just
don't have time to be brought down. I have too many things to do, you know. I
have Grand Slams to win. I have people to inspire. And that's what I'm here for.”
have Grand Slams to win. I have people to inspire. And that's what I'm here for.”
You will agree with me that it’s a perfect response. ‘I have
Grand Slams to win’, oh that must hurt, hahaha… love this lady!!
