President Buhari signs ratification of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change

few minutes ago, President Muhammadu Buhari in his office signed
Instrument of Ratification of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change at
the State House Abuja.
He initially signed the first draft of the agreement back in September 2016.
