Governor Rochas Okorocha appoints BBNaija's Uriel Oputa as ambassador of Imo State Carnival

Former Big Brother Naija housemate and Imo Stage indigene, Uriel Ngozi Oputa has been appointed as the ambassador of Imo State Carnival by the governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha.
