6.5-magnitude earthquake strikes central Philippines
According to the United States Geological Survey, a 6.5-magnitude earthquake has struck the central Philippines.
Dozens
of people have been reported injured, including at least 10 in a
collapsed building in the town of Kanaga. The epicenter of the quake was
located 2 miles from the small town of Masarayao and over 7 miles from
the city of Ormoc City, which has a population of over 191,000.
