Speaker's Daughter Hangs Self...

The daughter of House of Commons deputy speaker Lindsay Hoyle was found hanged in her bedroom, an inquest has heard.

Natalie Lewis-Hoyle was found by her mother, Maldon councillor Miriam Lewis.

An ambulance was called and police attended the scene at the family home in Beeches Road, Heybridge on Friday, December 15.

At the opening of an inquest into her death this morning, a post mortem revealed that the 28-year-old
died as a result of compression of the neck consistent with hanging.

Essex Police do not believe her death was suspicious, Essex Live reports.

Mr Hoyle last week paid tribute to his 'beautiful' daughter after she died suddenly, aged 28.

The Labour MP for Chorley said his family would never be the same without Natalie.
