The judge, Mrs Olayinka Akomolede, in her judgment, held that the marriage had broken down irretrievably and consequently dissolved the marriage.
Akomolede awarded custody of the eldest child to the husband and the two younger ones to the wife, and ordered that the husband should be responsible for their education.
She also ordered that Omoniyi should pay N5,000 as monthly allowance for the upkeep of each of the two children, while access to the children was granted to both parents.
